Bastianos Froggies Lembeh Dive Resort

Bastianos Froggies Lembeh Dive Resort is located on peaceful Lembeh Island, right across from the port city of Bitung, with direct access to the Lembeh Strait, one of the world's top muck diving destinations, famous for rare and fascinating marine critters and a haven for underwater photographers and macro enthusiasts. From Sam Ratulangi Airport in Manado it is about a 45-minute drive to Bitung Harbor, followed by a boat ride of about 15 minutes to the resort.

There are 17 air-conditioned rooms on the hillside and by the beach: 4 Standard Hillside, 8 Minahasa-style Superior Hillside and 5 Superior Beachfront. The resort has a restaurant for 40 people with a lounge bar, a swimming pool with a pool bar, and the Bastianos Divers dive center (PADI Dive Center since 2004) with 3 modern dive boats and local dive guides from Manado. Diving in the Lembeh Strait is mild, easy and shallow (most sites around 15 meters, maximum about 25 meters) with weak currents, ideal for macro and super-macro photography; on the opposite shore of the strait there are also sloping coral reefs with clear visibility.

The 4-, 5- and 6-night packages include full-board meals, airport transfers and 2 morning dives per day with Bastianos Divers (no diving on arrival and departure days), with a ratio of 4 guests per dive guide.

Check-in is at 14:00 and check-out at 12:00; early arrival and late check-out are subject to room availability. A non-refundable 25% deposit is due once the booking is confirmed; the remaining 75% must be paid no later than 30 days before arrival (or pay in full 45 days before arrival). Cancellation within 30 days of arrival: all payments are forfeited.
